Hotel Equities celebrated the completion of renovation projects at two of its hotels in Florida with ribbon-cutting events at the Cabot Lodge Gainesville and the Hampton Inn Jacksonville I-95 Central.

Located at the gateway to the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, the hotel is the firm’s third property to manage in the greater Tampa, Florida area. Hotel Equities also manages the Treasure Bay Hotel & Marina and Fairfield Inn & Suites Holiday Tarpon Springs.
Hotel Equities recently acquired the management contract for the 118-room Hampton Inn-Jacksonville Downtown I-95 located in the heart of the city’s Southbank district. Jacksonville, Florida is a new market for Hotel Equities. Gary Faehr serves as the General Manager. HE promoted Robyn Crooks to Director of Sales from her position at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Brunswick, Georgia.
