Hotel Equities, IRE Capital Join to Raise $30M
Hotel Equities and IRE Capital formed Hotel Development Partners (HDP), a new joint venture partnership firm, to raise $30 million to acquire and build hotels. The first deal, the purchase of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Charleston airport, closed November 6. Under the agreement, the two firms plan to acquire or develop 10 to 12 hotels over the next two years.
