Experienced Team
Patrick Trainor, VP of projects and facilities, leads the Development Services team for Hotel Equities and has 30 years of development experience. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 200 new-build, renovation, and conversion projects. With support from a team of project managers, we ensure our hotel assets maintain a best-in-class maintenance and asset care regimen.
Patrick also serves on Marriott's Capital Asset Planning & Execution board.
