I would not stay anywhere else BUT Spring Hill Suites when I'm in Vero Beach. It's convenient, the room layout is the best of any business hotel in which I've stayed, especially in the price range, and your staff is great. Richard always takes great care of us there, and he is a great ambassador for your property. I'll keep coming back, promise! - RB
I recently spent two nights at your property and I want to tell you how impressed I was with two of your staff members. It began with one of your associates contacting me prior to my arrival to ensure that my requests for two rooms was what I had asked for and would meet my needs. When I spoke with her she went out of her way to do whatever was needed to ensure everything was as requested. Customer service that is above and beyond in today’s world. She should be commended.
Secondly, Ms. Claudia was one of the most happy, courteous, hard-working individuals whose can-do attitude was so very evident. The two mornings that I was able to observe and talk to her during breakfast hours I was totally impressed. She was professional and easily dealt with very large crowds of people during breakfast. Both of these ladies will prove to be very valuable assets to the Marriott corporation.

My husband and I stayed at your property in Martinsville Va. in April the night of the NASCAR race. We had great customer service from every member of your staff. We also had great service from a man named Sam. We were loading our car and he stopped to talk to us.He told us about your rewards program and because of him we took the time to go into the lobby to sign up and then used the program several more times on our vacation. Gonna brag a little… The problems that I did have were fixed in a matter of minutes. I don't normally give out 10's on hotel evaluations, but this was by far, the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. Staff was tremendous!! Don't know who owns or runs this particular hotel, but I wish you could spread that service to all the others!!! -KH
The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We came to Atlanta on our Honeymoon, we had stayed at this hotel on a previous visit, but couldn't dish out the money for a 5 night stay. So we booked an alternate hotel in Buckhead at a lower price, let me just say, you get what you pay for. Needless to say, we were checking out before the night was through. We opted to go ahead and spend the money on the Wingate by Wyndham. When we arrived, the lady at the desk was making conversation about our trip & after telling about our first hotel, she was very apologetic & even offered us a free video to watch in the room that would be removed from our bill. They did nothing wrong, but wanted to do something for us to make our stay better, that says a lot. They have a good, hot, complimentary breakfast in the morning & complimentary snacks in the afternoon. The hotel is in a very good neighborhood & there is a MARTA bus stop just to the right on Mansell Rd. that made it very easy for us to use the public transit system & avoid driving in the busy Atlanta traffic. We decided to stay an extra day & the front desk took care of the change in days on the night shift audit so that we wouldnt have to check out & check back in. We love this hotel & plan to stay here every time we take a trip to Atanta, which is often. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Atlanta!!!!! -GC
Dear Ms. D, (GM at SHS Vero Beach) I had the pleasure of meeting you last Monday. Our check in was fast and efficient, along with you asking us for our preference. Our room was on the 3rd floor, away from the elevator bank. We were greeted by Robbie the first day at breakfast. Such a nice young man. He mentioned the waffles on the weekend, and honestly, they were worth waiting for. All the breakfast items were fresh and replenished quickly. We loved the 24 hr coffee bar too. I came down for some Tylenol one afternoon and upon purchasing them, I was engaged in conversation with another staff member, Richard. As a parent of a son who serves in the US Navy, it's nice to be able to speak about it to someone who truly appreciates their service. Funny, but he knew exactly where my son's base was, having lived in the area at one time. Small world! One last thing before I close this letter, this one being my favorite moment at Springhill/Vero Beach; Bradley didn't hesitate at all when I ran into a snag trying to print my boarding passes on Friday. The boarding pass link kept booting me out, so I approached the desk and was greeted with, "Come back here and use my computer!" Wow, what a wonderful staff you have! Marriott is truly a wonderful brand, with the service your staff offers, it's no wonder why we are big, big fans! Thank you and thank you to your staff, housekeeping included, they too kept our room neat and clean, for making our visit to Vero Beach/Sebastian an extremely pleasant one. Sincerely yours, CR

We stayed here during NASCAR race weekend at Martinsville Speedway. Despite being April, it was snowing and sleeting when we arrived. Joseph, at check-in, was great. He was friendly and told us he just made a fresh pot of coffee. We asked for a nearby restaurant since the weather was bad, and we were very happy with his recommendation. We requested a 1st floor room since my sister walks with a cane and not only were we on the 1st floor but, also close to the breakfast area and parking lot. Our room was clean and comfortable and Joseph gave us extra towels as requested. Dorothy at breakfast was friendly and kept everything stocked. Miss Jo kept our room nice and clean. The entire staff was great, they always said hello and asked if we needed anything. We weren't far from the track and it was easy to get to. My sister and I travel often, especially to NASCAR races and this was the best hotel we've stayed in for a race. We come to Martinsville for both races and hopefully we can stay here again. Great place to stay and again the staff was one of the best I have come across! Job well done! -GC
I'm sending you this email because your receptionist Tyler gave me the best customer service I have ever recieved and I didnt even stay at the hotel. First of all while he was calling around trying to figure out what he could do to get me a room, he let me charge my phone with his charger. When he found out your hotel couldnt take the voucher I panicked and thought I was stranded, so he offered me a glass of wine from your complimentary bar and said I could sit so he could call around to find the correct hotel. He found the hotel, and because I had no money asked the shuttle driver to take me to the hotel. When I found out the other hotel didnt have a shuttle, Tyler offered to personally come by (at 5am) to take me to the airport so I could get home. He has such a kind and helping heart and is the perfect person to have at your hotel. Thank you so much, and I hope you know what a great employee you have. -JK
I am emailing to commend you for the type of employees you hire and their desire to provide superior service to “the brands” clientele. I stopped by your Hampton Inn Property in Stone Mountain, GA on my way to an appointment in the city. On the way down I realized my son, an Enterprise Rental Car employee in Nashville, had picked up my rental but failed to put the rental agreement in the car due to their normal frantic Friday rentals and returns. I was concerned with having no authorization to drive so I had my son fax a copy to my laptop then stopped in and asked for a favor; I asked if the staff could print off my rental agreement if I emailed it to them. I explained my Hilton Diamond status, and my concern and they immediately assisted. The front desk employee was named Deidre and the Sales Coordinator Michelle C. was the employee actually printing the rental contract copy. Although I did not have to show the contract I was much relieved driving thru rural parts of Georgia that week to indeed be “legal”. I wish to personally thank those exemplary employees and your organization. -MC
