Fred Cerrone serves as President and CEO of Hotel Equities. His hospitality career spans a four-decade progression from desk clerk at Boston’s largest hotel, to managing operations for hotels throughout the country, to launching his own company, Hotel Equities, in 1989.

Brad Rahinsky joined the Hotel Equities team in early 2012. His responsibilities include the oversight of business development, acquisition and the overall strategic growth of the organization through various platforms. He brings solid operations experience and a valuable background in technology and e-commerce, revenue management, sales and marketing.

When Angela joined the Hotel Equities team in 2010, she brought two decades of dynamic business development experience and put it right to work. Along with expanding Hotel Equities’ market position as a premier management company, Angela works closely with current and potential investors and owners to develop new properties and expand our brand representation.

Elizabeth brought her energy and expertise to the Hotel Equities’ team in 1997. She is responsible for oversight of all operations of the hotels, including hiring practices for all associates and the selection, training and mentoring of managers. She oversees handling of all market-facing disciplines, including sales, marketing, revenue management and PR.

Drawing on extensive experience in real estate development, hospitality management, and hotel operations, Andrew leads Hotel Equities’ development activities. He identifies prime development opportunities and works closely with investors, lenders and capital partners to develop a portfolio of properties that generate positive and quantifiable returns.

Relationship Coach Rev. Greg Smith has been Hotel Equities’ Corporate Chaplain since 1998. In a role unique to our nurturing company culture, Greg hosts weekly Life Lessons Over Lunch, oversees the Company’s 24-hour Prayer Line and plans and leads mission projects in our communities and abroad, many of which include HE associates. He regularly visits each of our properties and provides personal counsel to associates and guests in times of crisis.

An award-winning Hotel Equities' veteran, Drew puts his experience to work daily as he oversees revenue management for all hotels in the HE portfolio. He analyzes room demand, evaluates market strengths and weaknesses and monitors key market statistics that impact the hotels’ profitability. Working closely with property operations and sales teams, Drew has helped maximize returns that exceed owner and investor expectations.
